All the apartments are at minimum furnished with a bed, closet, desk and a chair.
Kitchens in shared apartments and the kitchenettes in the studio apartments are well fit out with cooking equipment and utensils.
All utilities and high speed internet connection is included in the rent.
The house gets its namesake from the Icelandic Society for Psychical Research which used to reside in the building.
Private studio apartment with single or double bed, private toilet and shower. The apartments are mostly intended for only one person, whether it has a double bed or not. Exceptions to that rule can be made under agreed upon arrangements. All apartments have access to a shared laundry room with multiple washing machines and dryers.

We are very proud of our location, in the centre of Reykjavik city, a few minutes walking distance to all major tourist attractions, museums and most popular restaurants – but still in a quiet residential area. University of Iceland is approximately a 10 minutes walk away. Many af the major bus lines stop very close to our location giving easy access to the rest of the city.
